I had a great experience with the gentleman who came out to pressure wash my apartment building. He was very professional, kind, and got straight to work as soon as he arrived. There was some miscommunication on my end because he initially understood that he would only be cleaning my balcony, when I also needed the stairs cleaned. Even though things didn't go exactly as planned, he was extremely understanding and went above and beyond to do as much as he could until the water ran out. He handled everything professionally, found a way to work through the situation, and the difference afterward was amazing. I truly appreciate the time, effort, and hard work he put into getting the area cleaned. I would definitely recommend this company and would use their services again!

AJ is one in a million. He is a consummate professional - always on time, always over delivers, and is deeply invested in making sure his customers are satisfied. Our house has never looked better than after AJ has power-washed and done our gutters. You could spend a full day looking for a spot that he missed and wouldn’t find one. He’s a perfectionist, but wildly efficient and reasonably priced. As a property manager the one thing I dread is the constant violations and a home/complex fine due to the lack of power washing. The owner was prompt and professional from the start. After a general quote was received via our phone conversation, I requested a visit to my house for confirmation. AJ set up a visit same day, reviewed the situation and confirmed the cost.. On the day of having the work done, Applied Pressure NC LLC arrived on time and commenced work. After the work was completed, I was asked to review the work to see if I was satisfied. Not only was the work completed but it surpassed my expectations.
